Geissberger Farmhouse Cider is a family cider mill in Hampton, Ontario. Brothers Garry and Gord have pressed apples since 1970, learning from their father and grandfather, and they now run a mobile cider mill that presses for local orchards alongside their own cider from Durham Region apples.
This 3L bag-in-box blends Ontario apple cider with cranberry for a tart edge, pasteurized with no added water or sugar. Serve it cold with a holiday meal, or heat it for a cozy mulled cider.
