Description

Kozlik's Canadian Mustard has been family owned and operated in Toronto since 1948, making hand-made mustard in small batches, and its shop is at the St. Lawrence Market. The same kitchen makes a short line of rubs.

This poultry rub is built on brown mustard seed with herbes de Provence, toasted cumin, onion and a little chili heat from aleppo and cayenne. Rub it on chicken pieces or a whole bird before roasting, and use it on turkey legs or roasted cauliflower too.
