Paul and his family chose to pursue cooking and catering because Paul loves to cook, make people happy with delicious food, and work alongside his fantastic team. Happy cooks make delicious food, and their family loves to cook! Urban Fare Catering is very focused on local farmers, and works to support local as much as possible. They work hard to use biodegradable products whenever possible, including with their packaging.
Paul and his family are passionate about supporting their community. Their staff feel more like family than employees, and they donate regularly to support local food banks and Native Men's Residence in Toronto.
Paul is most proud simply of surviving in this competitive and challenging industry. He's proud of have homes that have enjoyed his food over the twenty years he has been cooking, and everything they do at Urban Fare Catering is with the people enjoying the food in mind.
