Butternut Squash, Organic

We are nearing the end of Butternut Squash storage season for Ontario grown!
These may be slightly wrinkled or with small spots, so best to enjoy soon!

Butternut squash has a natural sweet, nutty, earthy taste with a similar texture to sweet potatoes, just a bit softer.

We love enjoying butternut squash diced up, topped with some of our favourite seasonings (olive oil, cinnamon, and rosemary go great with this fall squash) and roasted in the oven. Butternut squash can be stored in a pantry at room temperature or in a refrigerator.
