Hunnabees is a family farm in Millbrook, Ontario, where Dave and Keri Nicolaou keep about 200 colonies on 100 acres of native meadow and restored habitat. Alongside their honey, they offer raw bee pollen for the home kitchen.
Scatter it over yogurt, granola, smoothie bowls or a summer salad for a bit of crunch and colour, or use it as a finishing touch on toast with soft cheese and honey.
