The wild blueberries are picked by hand by responsible foragers in Northern Ontario. They are smaller than cultivated blueberries, and have a more robust flavour, being tart and sweet.
Upon receiving the berries, they should be remain in the plastic bag they arrived in and be placed in the freezer until they are ready to be used.
