A soft surface ripened cheese made with grass-fed, non-gmo water buffalo milk from Hope Artisan Dairy Co-op. Soft, creamy and much more flavourful than your typical grocery store brie.

Ripe cheeses can taste and smell strong! If you aren't accustomed to ripe surface ripened cheeses, here are a couple tips:
1. Allow the cheese to "breathe" before enjoying; take it out of the package and leave it on a flat surface (i.e. not in a bowl or ramekin with walls) in a cool location for about 15 minutes.
2. Pair the brie with something sweet; like a jam or honey. We love a sweet hot sauce like Valentina's.
