Description

ChocoSol makes bean-to-bar dark chocolate in Toronto. The business began in Oaxaca, Mexico in 2004 and has been grinding cacao in Toronto since 2006, roasting and winnowing raw beans and stone-grinding them on volcanic stone wheels for a rustic, richly textured bar.

A limited edition twist on the cherry bar, with tart dried cranberries set into 65% dark chocolate. Gather a few squares onto the holiday cheese board, or tuck one into a stocking.
