Bioitalia is a family-owned company based in Sarno, in Campania, Italy. The Di Costanzo family began with oil sold from a van near Naples in 1950 and has made organic foods since 1994, working with farmers who are guaranteed a minimum price for their wheat.
Farfalle, the bow tie shape, cook evenly and hold their shape, so they suit both hot and cold dishes. Toss them with tomato and basil for a quick dinner, or make a pasta salad with olives, cucumber and fresh herbs for a picnic or lunchbox.
