Description

Maison Orphée's fresh mayo gets a Mediterranean twist: extra virgin olive oil joins the sunflower oil, and the lemon comes through a little brighter. Like the original, it's made in Québec City with whole eggs and yolks and the producer's own organic apple cider vinegar. There's no added sugar and nothing artificial.

The Bélanger family recommends it for lobster guédilles and fish and chips, and it's just as good in pasta salad, a chicken sandwich or a tuna wrap. Set out a bowl with fries and fresh vegetables and let everyone graze.
