Le Pain des Fleurs began in 2000 in France's Haute-Loire with a single idea: show off organic buckwheat in a light, crunchy crispbread. Every crispbread in the range is still made in Haute-Loire in workshops dedicated to gluten-free baking.
The Onion is a gluten-free toast with the rich, lightly caramelized flavour of cooked onions. Serve it with a selection of cheeses, alongside a bowl of soup or a summer salad, or as a crunchy base for an aperitif. A little goes a long way when you gather friends around a board.
