Made with our unique blend of freshly ground Spelt, Kamut and Oats, these cookies have a nice chew with a subtle snappy crunch that makes a unique wholesome base for all kinds of popular cookie recipes--from chocolate chip and peanut butter to sandies, bars and more. Super fast and easy to make, and they'll keep nicely in the cookie jar for at least a week and in the freezer for 6 or 8 weeks. Our mixes are made in our own dedicated workshop free of nuts, peanuts, dairy and animal products.
BASIC PREP: preheat oven to 350˚F * in a mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs * add ½ cup (one stick) melted butter, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp vanilla; whisk smooth * stir in chocolate chips or other extras if desired; gently mix in package contents to form firm dough * scoop out twelve to a cookie sheet, flatten each one with hand, fork or glass bottom * bake 14-18 min then cool * Makes 24-36 cookies
