Nature's Farm is a family-owned egg farm and pasta shop in Steinbach, Manitoba. Hermann and Sheryl started with eggs in 1987 and launched their artisanal pasta in the early 1990s, made from prairie-grown Canadian durum wheat and their own farm-fresh free-run eggs.
This tagliatelle is a thin, delicate flat noodle, about 8 millimetres wide, with a golden colour from the eggs. It is lovely with a meat ragu, a simple tomato sauce, a creamy alfredo, or tossed with spring vegetables.
