Description

Bioitalia is a family-owned company in Sarno, near Salerno, that has made organic foods since 1994. The Di Costanzo family began in 1950 with a van selling oil at the foot of Mount Vesuvius.

This fusilli gets its colour from organic tomato and spinach blended into the durum wheat dough, giving red, green and golden spirals. Toss it with pesto or a light tomato sauce, add it to a pasta salad, or serve it to the table when you want a colourful bowl.
