Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic (945ml)

Filsinger's Organic Foods began in 1940 on Alvin Filsinger's great-uncle's apple orchard in Burlington, Ontario. After seeing chemical damage firsthand, Alvin sold the orchard and started fresh in Ayton, planting new apple trees and tending them without chemicals. Today the Becker and Weber families carry the work on.

This vinegar is made from fresh-pressed Canadian organic apples, never from concentrate, and wild fermented without added commercial yeast. It is raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized with the mother intact, so expect a cloudy bottle. Whisk it into dressings and slaws, splash it into marinades, or stir a spoonful into a glass of water.
