Nature's Farm is a family-owned egg farm and pasta shop in Steinbach, Manitoba, where Hermann and Sheryl have farmed since 1987. Their organic pasta is made in small batches from prairie-grown organic Canadian durum wheat and organic free-run eggs.

This vermicelli comes in fine nests of delicate strands, made for light, stock-based dishes. Drop a nest into chicken broth with greens for a quick soup, or toss it with butter, lemon and herbs.
