Whole Goose HOLIDAY DEPOSIT (8-10lbs)

Pasture-raised geese are available from Haywood Farms.
Geese are notoriously tricky to de-feather and process, so the skin may not be perfect, but these will be in good shape. They have been processed by our local Provincially licensed poultry processor on December 3rd, and will be frozen.

Each bird contains the neck, but no liver or heart.

Order by Tuesday December 9th, at 12:00pm
When you order, please note whether you would like to be closer to 8lbs or 10lbs and we will do our best to accommodate!
We will send you an invoice for the remaining amount owed, at $12.99/lb.
Your goose will be delivered frozen (or thawed upon request) December 17th-19th, depending on your neighbourhood!
