Spent Goods is a Toronto artisan bread company that rescues brewer's spent barley and bakes it into breads, buns and pizzas. This 12 inch pepperoni pizza has a thin, Roma style crust that is light and crisp, made with upcycled brewery barley grain.

It is layered with a slow cooked tomato sauce, nitrite-free pork pepperoni, fior di latte and mozzarella, with a sprinkle of grana padano and oregano. Bake from frozen at 375F for 22 to 25 minutes for an easy family night.
