Organic popping corn!

Directions to make the corn pop:

Microwave - Place the cob in a paper bag, and fold over the opening of the bag a couple of times. Use the popcorn setting, or microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until the popping stops.

Stovetop - Remove the kernels from the cob, and add them to a pot with an oil with a high smoke point (sunflower or vegetable oil works well). Cover with a lid and heat on medium-high until kernels start to pop. You can reduce the heat at this point, or shake the pot to keep the kernels from burning.
