Our Sockeye Salmon are all wild caught by the Indigenous fishermen of British Columbia from Babine Lake, BC's longest natural lake.

All fillets are frozen and processed at a CFIA certified facility, and remain frozen until purchase. To defrost; place the fillets in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 3 days.

Our Salmon Fillets are best baked, grilled, or pan-fried.
