The perfect "after-coffee" beverage. This tea contains herbs that soothe the nerves & belly, and foster physical, mental, and emotional strength.

Featured Herbs:

Oatstraw: known to calm, tones and strengthen the entire nervous system, assist in drug withdrawal symptoms, and gently increase stamina and energy levels. Nutritionally dense with with B-complex vitamins, calcium, iron, copper, magnesium, and zinc.

Tulsi Basil: A powerful adaptogen known to reduces stress, build stamina, balance energy levels, uplift moods, and is abundant in antioxidants.

Spearmint: known to relieve nervous stomach, cramps, nausea, heart-burn, and ease headaches.

How to Use:

For a hot cup: Steep 1-2 tsp of herb in 8fl oz of just-boiled water. Let steep 5-10min. For a more potent cup, steep up to 20 minutes. Sweeten to taste.

For a cold infusion: combine loose-leaf tea and cold water in a pitcher and let the tea infuse the water for 6 to 12 hours in the refrigerator. Strain, sweeten, and enjoy.



We are a small-scale regenerative herb farm and forest garden located near Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada. Owners Phil and Kate Collins founded Foggy River Farm with a desire to use agriculture as a catalyst to restore connection between people and the ecosystems they inhabit.

We practice ecological farming and ethical wildcrafting guided by permaculture, herbalism, and our reverence for the earth.
