Pierogi House opened in Kitchener, Ontario in 2015, built on the family recipes of Irena Kotas, known as Babcia, who grew up in southeast Poland where pierogi were a staple. The pierogies are hand pinched in that tradition.

The Cheddar Potato is the classic comfort filling, creamy potato with sharp cheddar. Boil them, then pan fry in butter with onions and finish with sour cream and chives.
