Made with Local began as a farmers' market table in Nova Scotia in 2012, when founder Sheena Russell sold a few dozen bars to her neighbours. Every bar and cookie starts with a base of organic oats grown on the Canadian prairies and is built around nut butters, honey and fruit from named Canadian farmers, with no palm oil and no sugar alcohols.

A comfort cookie combining creamy peanut butter, crunchy peanut pieces and real dark chocolate chips. Each cookie has 16g of plant-based protein and a high amount of fibre, so it is a good lunchbox add-on.
