This colorful mix of green and red oakleaf, romaine, lollo rossa, and red leaf lettuces is grown in the soil at City of Greens, a small regenerative farm homestead near Bowmanville, Ontario. Toss it into a salad, pile it onto a wrap, or graze on it straight from the clamshell. Please rinse and return the biodegradable clamshell to the farmer on your next order, as it won't break down in home compost or recycling.
