Le Pain des Fleurs began in 2000 in France's Haute-Loire with a single idea: show off organic buckwheat in a light, crunchy crispbread. Chestnut joined the range in 2007, and every crispbread is still made in Haute-Loire in workshops dedicated to gluten-free baking.
The Chestnut crispbread has the typical, rich, slightly sweet flavour of chestnuts in a light, crisp cracker with no added sugar. It is a natural partner for autumn: try it with blue cheese and pear slices, a smooth pâté, or a spoonful of apple butter.
