Cylindra Beets get their name from their long, cylindrical shaped roots that can grow up to eight inches long! Cylindra Beets have a smooth, deep red flesh with a sweet flavour and a very fine grain. You can also enjoy the tops of these beets, which are sweeter than the more common round red beets.
