1847 Stone Milling began in 2014, when family members Sasha, Melissa and Trevor restored a heritage barn on their family farm in Fergus, Ontario and brought in an Austrian grist mill. Every flour is cold stone milled in a solar powered mill, certified organic and non-GMO, and left unfortified, so there is nothing in the bag but the grain.

Have Your Cake & Pastry is milled only from locally grown Ontario soft white wheat at 9% protein, for flaky pie crusts and tender cakes. Fall is the season for apple pie, pumpkin loaf, scones and tea biscuits, so keep a bag close.
