M-C Dairy is a Toronto-area dairy with roots going back to 1905. This butter is made from organic, grass-fed Jersey cream, tempered for 48 hours for a smooth texture and barrel churned in small batches. It is rolled and folded to remove excess moisture, then finished with French fleur de sel for a gentle crackle.
Spread it on warm bread, melt it over a baked potato or finish a seared steak with a spoonful. Graze on it with radishes and a crusty baguette.
