M-C Dairy is a Toronto-area dairy with roots going back to 1905. This cultured butter is made from organic, grass-fed Jersey cream that is bacterially cultured for 7 days, giving a subtle, rich, buttery flavour. It is barrel churned in small batches, then rolled and folded to remove excess moisture, the way butter was made a century ago.
Spread it on a crusty loaf, melt it over roasted vegetables or fold it into flaky pastry. Graze on it with fresh bread and a pinch of salt.
