St. Louis Style Pork Ribs

Our St. Louis style pork ribs are derived from the underside of the pig, minus the tips. They are more manageable and packed with flavour, thanks to their higher fat content.

Our piglets are raised outdoors and have access to cozy huts and ample grazing and foraging opportunities. They eagerly gobble up fresh grass and hunt for insects, while also enjoying a diet of Non-GMO Grain and fresh water. We rotate them around the pasture to ensure they always have a fresh supply of grass to munch on.
