Oils and vinegars worth using - cold-pressed, barrel-aged, and small-batch versions of kitchen staples that are noticeably better than the commodity kind. Our oil and vinegar selection includes cold-pressed Ontario sunflower and canola oils, imported olive oils from producers we trust, raw apple cider vinegar, aged balsamic, and wine vinegars from Ontario producers. Olive oil doesn't come from Ontario - we're honest about that - but we choose suppliers whose sourcing and quality standards we'd stand behind.
