Bi-coloured sweet corn!
To keep corn fresh and sweet at home:
- leave the husks on
- refrigerate
This corn comes from a market garden in Millbrook, operated by siblings Cody and Kelsie, on their parent's larger farm. Cody and Kelsie are now young adults, and have been farming and running their farm-gate veggie stand since 2010 - more than half of their lives!
