Mozart Potatoes are a red mid-season variety potato with a beautiful pinky-red skin and yellow flesh.
This potato originated from a cross between 'Redstar' and 'Caesar', made at Metslawier, The Netherlands in 1991 and was bred for its higher yields and resistance to disease and pests. Mozart potatoes are ready for harvest in Ontario in late summer.
