By pre-ordering a bag of Keuka Gold potatoes, you're letting us know how many to order from the farm. Once we have the potatoes onsite, we will send them with your next delivery!

Keuka Gold potatoes have somewhat thick, buff skin and light yellow flesh that has a creamy mid-dry texture when cooked. The rich flavour of this potato lends itself perfectly to being mashed or roasted. The best way to cook this variety is to boil them, but they also make a moist baker. The tubers are large, oblong, and flat in shape.

This cultivar was bred by Cornell University in Ithaca, New York to rival the Yukon Gold potato. It was released to the commercial market in 2004.
