Purple Majesty potatoes are a sweet, buttery tasting potato with a vibrant, deep purple flesh and skin. These are an early-maturing potato variety, which means they can be harvested sooner than other standard potatoes and tend to be on the smaller side. These potatoes are great for boiling, roasting, mashing, french fries, and salad and keep their deep purple colour even after cooking. This potato is a cross between an All Blue potato and a tan-skin variety potato.
