Freshly harvested for 2026, these small Alliston new potatoes from Pinehaven Farm are a true summer delicacy, about 2 inches across with smooth skin and white flesh. Named for Alliston, Ontario's potato capital, this variety has a starch content close to Yukon Golds, so it mashes, roasts and fries beautifully. Because they're young and tender, new potatoes won't store as long as cured ones, so plan to enjoy them soon after they arrive.
