Freshly harvested for 2026, these Canada Gold new potatoes from Pinehaven Farm are a true summer delicacy, about 2 inches across with yellow skin and yellow flesh. Developed in 2020 as an alternative to the classic Yukon Gold, they're smooth, round and suited to any culinary use, from roasting to mashing. Because they're new potatoes rather than cured, plan to enjoy them soon after they arrive.
