Freshly harvested for 2026, these Envol new potatoes from Pinehaven Farm are a true summer delicacy, oval in shape with thin, light buff skin that's easy to peel (or leave on entirely). A very early season, waxy variety with a floury texture, they hold their shape well and are wonderful boiled, mashed or baked. Because they're new rather than cured potatoes, they won't store as long, so plan to enjoy them soon after they arrive.

This is a bulk pre-order: let us know how many bags to reserve from the farmer, and we'll send them with your next delivery. Order by Saturday night to ensure delivery Tuesday through Thursday.
