These potatoes are a late-season heirloom variety with red skin and yellow flesh. The waxy texture makes it excellent for roasting, blanching then pan frying or grilling, and they will hold up very well in a soup or stew.
*Note: These potatoes were given a good wash for the photo. Because these are thin-skinned potatoes and store best without washing, there will be dirt/sand on the outside of these tubers when you receive them.
