'Snow Finger' potatoes are a small tuber fingerling variety with smooth, yellow skin and creamy white flesh. This early season variety with moderate dry matter content and a soft, delicate taste is perfect for roasting, bbqing, grilling, potato salads, pan-frying, and boiling- and it is super suitable for container growing.
This variety is a cross between 'BRU93-136' and 'Marrakech' and was bred by Aardappelkweekbedrijf S. Brunia in Vollenhove, Netherlands, and was released to the Canadian market in October 2019.
