This blue-veined cheese is made by the monks of the Abbaye Saint-Benoit-du-Lac in Quebec, where they have been making cheese since 1943.
It is creamy, with an earthy, mushroomy flavour. Amazing on a burger or in a salad, or with a piece of bread and drizzle of honey!
