Carolina's Colombia imports its own decaf from a facility that uses the natural sugarcane ethyl acetate process, working with the same high-quality Colombian beans used for its other coffees, grown in the Manizales region. Owners Ralf Pohlak and Carolina Orduz roast it in Ontario.
Expect comforting chocolate and caramel notes, a cup that is easy to enjoy after dinner. It brews well in a French press or drip pot.
