An heirloom pinto variety with a tan, speckled appearance and a creamy, earthy flavour. Quincy pinto beans are especially well-suited to the slow cooker, where they become perfectly tender and absorb the flavours around them. Certified Organic, grown at Lunar Rhythm Gardens in Janetville, Ontario.
Use in chili, refried beans, soups, and stews. Soak overnight before cooking.
