We are now harvesting these greens to order - which means they are only available to purchase Thursday morning until Monday morning, when we let the farmer know how many to harvest. We pick them up on Tuesdays to deliver to your doorstep Tuesday-Thursday, which means you get the freshest, and most nutritionally dense microgreens possible!

Sunflower Shoot Microgreens 

A long lasting potent packed nutritious powerhouse microgreen high in protein, zinc, lecithin, chlorophyll and vitamins A,B, D and E. Good source of minerals such as iron, copper, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. With their delicious hint of nutty flavour and a popular favourite among many including children! Sunflower shoots make a perfect snack on their own or add them to smoothies, soups, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, stir fry’s – any dish really!
