Mint, Organic (bunch)

Mint is a popular herb for it's zingy taste. The serrated-edge, deep green leaves have a warm aromatic smell and finish with a cool aftertaste when eaten. Mint, when grown outside, is typically ready for harvest in Ontario in mid to late summer.

This is chocolate mint, which has a subtle aroma of cocoa and vanilla. It is perfect for desserts; ice cream, crumbles, mousse and cocktails. If you aren't one for sweets, the fresh leaves make a satisfying tea, and it is beautiful in a tomato and halloumi salad.
