Spare (aka side) ribs have great flavour since they come from the area right next to the pork belly, Cook them low and slow to break down the connective tissue in order to have fall-off-the-bone-ribs!
These come from our free-range piglets who have their own huts to keep warm and plenty of fresh grass to eat, along with tasty insects and Certified organic, Non-GMO Grain. They enjoy living life outdoors and are always rotated around the pasture for the freshest grazing experience.
