By pre-ordering a bag of Roko potatoes, you're letting us know how many to order from the farm. Once we have the potatoes onsite, we will send them with your next delivery!

Roko potatoes are oval in shape with smooth, deep red skin and white flesh. They have a floury consistency when cooked, with moderate dry matter. 

This cultivar was bred by Niederösterreichische Saatbaugenossenschaft from Windigsteig, Austria, in 1988 in Meires, Austria.
