This thinner crust (Roma style) Margherita pizza is topped with fresh basil, San Marzano tomato sauce, and fior di latte (a blend of 3 cheeses).

Pizza dough base incorporates 30% brewery barley grains already used to make beer!

    We use an unbleached, untreated, GMO free flour, making our pizza easier to digest and a great source of fibre.
    Our tomato sauce is high in vitamin C, low in fat and boosts lycopene levels
    We use fresh lean cheese with low sodium content

By diverting these grains, you help reduce climate change, one slice at a time.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Keep frozen until ready to enjoy.
Preheat conventional oven to 375F.
Pull pizza from freezer and unwrap from all packaging
Bake from frozen on middle rack 22-25 minutes, until your kitchen smells delicious!
