Each pack is loaded with Canadian rainbow trout, Arctic char and coho salmon -- plus hearty veggies and a splash of lemon and spices. It's a soup-erb comfort food!

Easy and healthy meal. Just thaw overnight in the fridge. Heat to a boil on medium heat, let sit for one minute before serving. Each 2lb pack is 4 cups, or about 4 servings.

Chef's tip: This is a broth-based chowder. If you like your chowder creamy, add 1/4 cup of milk, cream or your favourite cheese while it's heating up!
