Tomatillo literally translates to "little tomatoes", and are in the same family, but taste very different from the standard tomatoes we know!
A staple in Mexican cuisine, these are commonly used for salsa verde, but are also amazing in a shakshuka, roasted along side corn, or even on a pizza!
